BioImagene
Virtuoso™
Virtuoso Digital Pathology Application Software
Virtuoso is a web-based application that enables the various users, e.g.: pathologists, histotechnologists, lab administrators, and clinicians, to improve their efficiency within the anatomical pathology workflow. Virtuoso orchestrates the workflow by which the digitized slide is managed from scan to sign-out. Features within Virtuoso allow pathologists to enhance the way they collaborate, sign-out cases, render consultations, second opinions, and much more. With telepathology functionality, powerful analysis algorithms, and a user-friendly interface, BioImagene assists pathologists in providing consistent and objective diagnoses. BioImagene’s digital pathology solutions require no upfront capital expenditure due to its pay-per-click pricing model.. The scanners’ large capacity has walk-away scanning capabilities, which allows users to click SCAN and walk-away. Once slides are loaded, the scanner will detect where and how many slides are present. Once the user selects the scan option, the scanner will automatically detect the area of tissue on the slide and scan the respective area. The user-friendly interface makes scanning intuitive and easy.
