THE MICROM HM340 E
Incorporates specific design features
which ensure accurate, fast, safe and comfortable operation. The Patented
stepper motor technology in the HM340 E like all of the MICROM power
assisted and motorized microtomes, provides unparalleled precision and stability. This combination results in the
best section quality and reproducibility, even for difficult paraffin and
plastic specimens. Operating panel can be removed and used on either side of
the instrument for greater comfort. It controls specimen retraction, fine
and trim section thickness, motorized coarse feed with three speed settings
and monitors number of sections cut while summing section thickness. The HM
340E has an integrated and spacious section waste tray with ergonomic arm
rest.
